Analema Group will present new KIMA experience on the intersection of sound and vision, immersive installation and participatory performance. Incloodu Deaf Arts Festival provides its audiences with an alternative reading of music and art experiences for and by the deaf community. In conjunction with Subpac technology KIMA will allow audiences to feel sound as waves running through their body, and see the sound in visual form as field of changing fluid flows.
KIMA will feature a series of performances by Evgenia Emets and Nao Masuda and a workshop for the audience. You will have a chance to wear a Subpac jacket to feel the sound within your body, play Tibetan Singing Bowls handpicked by Evgenia in her travels across Nepal and Tibet and experience Nao’s resonant taiko drums. This event brings together traditional ancient music instruments, cutting edge technology and immersive interactive art.
